5 Questions with John Carter, President, Radical Support

Entrepreneur John Carter founded Radical Support with the goal of providing small to mid-size businesses a better way to get computer support. They offer an innovative approach to IT service delivery by providing an unlimited support program for a flat monthly fee.

These services allow clients to focus on their core business while reducing the overhead costs typically associated with staffing for any meaningful level of IT support. Carter says they are a pure service organization.

Carter built radical support 100 percent organically through his partnerships and marketing activities. He is constantly inspired by the clients who love their services and their employees who love the company.

Something most people don't know about John, he used to play the violin. Something most everyone knows about John, he attended UGA and is a die-hard DAWG fan.
